1. Co-Working Bookings

Hourly/Daily Bookings: Cancellations made up to 2 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 100% refund.

Monthly Plans: Can be canceled within 48 hours of booking for a 90% refund. Post 48 hours, pro-rata refunds may be issued only under exceptional cases at our discretion.
2. Food & Beverage Orders

Orders once placed cannot be canceled or refunded unless:

There is an error in delivery

Quality issues are reported with proper evidence within 30 minutes of order

3. Events or Sessions

Cancel up to 24 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
